MSI Trident 3 8th introduction | Gaming Desktop | MSI

At MSI, we thought it would be a good idea to upgrade our Trident from its previous specifications to the newer i7 8700 CPU and also maintain its compact form factor. The Trident 3 8TH is not necessarily a laptop killer, but it does make a good portable solution to take to LANs, a small party, a mobile VR-ready solution. This machine is also built with the added benefit of coming in the same size as a console, and is capable of running most of today’s esports titles with reasonable framerates under pro configurations and graphics settings in your favorite titles. Who is this console best suited to? We personally think if a college student is looking for a not-so-cluttered gaming solution as well as something to help get homework assignments done in their spare time, then this can be a reasonable alternative to a gaming notebook.
