Apple MacBook Air 2018 review: premium economy

Apple has finally redesigned the MacBook Air with a retina display. Starting at $1199, it has a tapered design, it's super thin, and pretty light. The new MacBook Air includes all the features you’d expect from a modern laptop – like Touch ID, louder speakers, and a big touchpad. But, it’s an Air so don’t expect the same performance you would get from a Pro, though it is much faster and a solid upgrade from the previous MacBook Air model.
